Customize S3Client and troubleshoot problems

This chapter covers application settings. Endpoints, credential sources, and S3 capabilities are configured separately for each account.

• Set application preferences: theme, dates, local traversal, and preview limits.
• Manage content types: extension mappings, MIME types, and text handling.
• Configure the network and proxy: connection modes, authentication, and platform-specific exceptions.
• Troubleshoot errors and inspect logs: messages, partial results, HTTP traces, and detail exports.
